Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3+ years of configuration/development experience within complex, global organizations in the Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Source-to-Pay operations/technology departments, and ideally, at least 2+ years of ServiceNow configuration/development experience, along with ServiceNow certifications such as a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification, and Finance & Supply Chain related Solution Accreditations.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Technical Consultant will serve as a technical expert in optimizing ServiceNow best practices, supporting customer engagements through process definition and gap analysis, advising customers on leveraging ServiceNow’s capabilities, leading design workshops, guiding the completion of documentation, drafting user stories, and providing oversight/training for customer system administrators. Additionally, they will lead technical aspects of project delivery, develop integrations, enhance UI components, prepare customer-facing deliverables, juggle multiple projects, promote continuous improvement, support sales activities, and provide training to the delivery team and partner ecosystem, while also traveling up to 50% of the time to meet customer needs and attend internal meetings.
