Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience configuring and developing ServiceNow, along with a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and relevant ServiceNow Solution-Specific Certified credentials. They should also demonstrate experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools and analyzing AI-driven insights.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Technical Consultant will serve as a technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices, supporting customer engagements through process definition and gap analysis, advising customers on utilizing ServiceNow’s standard capabilities, leading customer design workshops, guiding the completion of technical documentation, drafting user stories and acceptance criteria, providing oversight and training for customer administrators, leading technical aspects of project delivery, developing integration components, and preparing customer-facing deliverables. They will also juggle multiple projects, promote continuous improvement, support sales activities, and provide training to the delivery team and partner ecosystem, with up to 50% travel annually.
