Responsibilities

  • Drive recruiting activities through to successful hire with focus on direct candidate identification, creative sourcing, and business partnering
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create impactful advertising, drive social media engagement, identify high-quality diverse talent, headhunt, and solicit referrals
  • Use recruitment marketing and branding materials effectively to engage internal/external talent and contribute to attraction strategies
  • Provide meaningful market intelligence and recruiting insights to Hiring Managers and HR as a trusted advisor
  • Deliver engaging candidate experiences by understanding influences, motivators, and managing situations flexibly
  • Challenge and influence stakeholders on candidate screening, slate presentation, interviewing, and hiring decisions
  • Represent Baxter’s compensation philosophy in offer negotiations, partnering with Compensation and HR
  • Coach candidates on selection stages and provide timely feedback per legislation and best practices
  • Manage overall requisitions for specific business area(s)/function(s) through completion, ensuring real-time system updates
  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risk or compliance issues
  • Align with business area(s)/function(s) to identify critical/repeatable roles and drive talent pipelining strategy
  • Attend marketing/industry events and community networking as required
  • Maintain and enhance knowledge of Baxter, evolving business understanding, upskilling, and mentoring aligned TA resources
