Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Systems Engineer. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and cloud technologies, particularly Azure and Office 365, is essential. Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and IT Asset Management tools is also required.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Systems Engineer will participate in the design, development, and deployment of network configurations, servers, laptops, and mobile devices for various teams within Analytic Partners. They will set up and administrate configurations for Azure, Office 365, OpenDNS, and other relevant tools. This role involves supporting configurations deployment, including software and hardware upgrades, and creating Help Desk tickets while managing JIRA. The Sr. Systems Engineer will also monitor AV/AM, IDS, and logging operations, maintain inventory control, and consistently check for manufacturer guidance on upgrades, while proactively recommending improvements to overall IT functions and solutions.
