  • Ability to analyze spend, market trends, and supplier performance to identify cost reduction and service improvement opportunities
  • Knowledge of developing and executing category strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485)
  • Capability to manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFPs, negotiations, vendor evaluation, and contract development
  • Experience leading complex negotiations for IT and R&D Services, including managed services, cloud solutions, software development, infrastructure support, and outsourcing agreements
  • Strong technical acumen for negotiating complex technology-related contracts, particularly in IT and R&D verticals
  • Ability to partner with Legal, Privacy, and Quality to ensure contracts meet regulatory and operational standards
  • Skills in establishing and managing SLAs and KPIs to monitor supplier performance
  • Expertise in mitigating supplier risks and supporting continuity and contingency plans across regions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills to foster collaborative relationships with IT, R&D, Finance, Legal, Quality, and Compliance teams
  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders
