Requirements

Act as an internal expert and leader in the EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) space
Provide innovative, scalable, and high-quality solutions from inception through design, implementation, and enhancement
Proactively and holistically lead and support business-led and internal initiatives for EAI solutions portfolio
Provide technical guidance to internal and external team members through the solution lifecycle
Solid understanding of business goals, objectives, outcomes, capabilities, value-streams, and processes where ESB integration patterns are used
Contribute to strategy and architecture in the ESB space
Participate in leading major transformation activities
Work alongside ESB Technical Lead, Architecture team, and business for "to be" and "as is" solutions

Responsibilities

Responsible for the lifecycle of design, on-time delivery, enhancement, and support of major ESB integrations globally
Lead evaluation, design, and analysis for implementation of key integration solutions across specific business applications or technologies in assigned commercial domains
Create and deliver comprehensive integration solutions focused on detailed design principles, decision points, and dependencies between business and IT
Manage and develop integration patterns for broader scope of projects or products, collaborating with business, cross-functional IT teams, and external partners
Provide inputs to analysis of business-IT environment (run, grow, transform) to detect deficiencies, legacy issues, technical debt, and recommend solutions for improvement
Contribute directly, lead, and assist with analysis and design tasks for ESB integration patterns to ensure high-quality solutions aligned with architectural governance and standards
