Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field, and prior work experience with big data and microservices is required. Strong proficiency in at least one of the three programming languages Go (Golang), Rust, or Python is essential, along with experience building and deploying scalable, distributed systems in cloud environments such as AWS.
The Sr. Software Engineer will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software systems for Generative AI applications, collaborating with data scientists and other engineering teams to translate algorithms into production-ready solutions. They will optimize algorithms and workflows, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, construct data pipelines, and contribute to the training and automation of LLMs. Additionally, they will stay updated on AI advancements, research and implement cybersecurity measures, and own the entire lifecycle of their work, including development, testing, deployment, and monitoring, while thriving in an environment that values trust.
