Responsibilities

  • Join the Developer Impact team to improve developer workflows, tooling, and processes with a focus on AI-powered developer experiences and productivity tooling
  • Take a hypothesis-driven, experimental approach: dogfood lightweight solutions, measure impact, and rapidly iterate
  • Eliminate friction across the software development lifecycle
  • Partner closely with platform and product engineering teams to create seamless, high-velocity developer experiences
  • Build high-leverage internal platform tools using full-stack skills (Python, Typescript, backend services, APIs, frontend interfaces)
  • Experiment with AI and automation to transform developer productivity
  • Identify pain points with engineers (treating them as customers) and co-create tangible improvements
  • Write great documentation, share best practices, and raise engineering standards
