Candidates should possess 5 or more years of professional experience in a complex financial modeling domain, along with experience developing and leading solution delivery using Agile methods. They must also demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, and possess a solid understanding of design patterns and architecture.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for defining architecture, conducting hands-on development, and managing project timelines, providing technical leadership to junior team members, establishing and sharing team standards and best practices, assessing and providing solutions to system-wide architecture problems, and ensuring production stability through monitoring and root cause analysis. You will also implement holistic solutions utilizing working relationships across the enterprise and design, organize, and execute high-impact solutions across teams both within and outside your division.
