As a Senior Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the next-generation recordkeeping platform, designing, building, testing, and taking ownership of systems and processes that power 401(k) services. You will collaborate with domain experts to ensure the platform meets regulatory needs and provides a reliable and scalable user experience, focusing on building resilient, observable, maintainable, and scalable systems while prioritizing customer satisfaction and accuracy in financial transactions.
