Requirements

Degree in Engineering (computing/industrial/electronic/mechatronic) or university degree plus 6 years business/technical experience
Experience in Consumer Goods sector, Personal Product Industry, and diverse industries
SAP MM consultant with strong understanding of IM and MM integration with WM module/Manufacturing; S/4 certification preferred
Experience in SAP MM/IM implementation including process analysis, configuration, development specifications, testing, documentation, training delivery, and end-user support
Demonstrated leadership to lead/direct/influence large complex cross-functional teams/projects, interacting with senior-level managers and stakeholders
Ability to work/develop in medium/large cross-functional teams/projects, interacting with all-level managers, stakeholders, and clients
Strong analytical skills to understand business process drivers (purchasing, supply chain, production, inventory)
Proven problem-solver with root cause analysis capabilities
Strong organizational skills and flexibility in demanding, fast-paced environments
Experience in large corporate environments managing multi-cultural contacts and time zones
Ability to build consensus, make decisions, and take ownership
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop/maintain communication and resource plans
Demonstrated leadership and strong teamwork tendencies
English proficiency (80%+), Spanish required, Portuguese preferred
Knowledge of tools/methodologies: SOLMAN, Agile, Waterfall, Jira, ITIL V3/V4, ABAP debugging

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement corporate-wide data management strategy and associated tactics
Serve as SAP technical expert supporting Material and Manufacturing teams/solutions, ensuring best practices and methodologies align with business requirements
Lead/direct/influence large complex cross-functional teams/projects, including interactions with senior-level managers and stakeholders
Work effectively in medium/large cross-functional teams/projects with all-level managers, stakeholders, and clients
Research and maintain knowledge of emerging data structure tools/technologies for business application
Analyze business processes (purchasing, supply chain, production, inventory) and provide solutions using strong analytical approach
