Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead SAP FI analyst with a strong background in SAP best practices. 5+ years of experience working with SAP S/4Hana is required, and a demonstrated understanding of financial business processes is preferred, including experience in manufacturing, production costing, and discrete/repetitive processing.

Responsibilities

The Sr. SAP FI/CO Analyst will effectively lead as Project Manager for complex business processes in SAP for the FI/CO modules, manage SAP projects from development to end-user training, maintain General Ledger integrity within SAP ERP, challenge current ways of work to drive system efficiencies, work cross-functionally with management and other teams, identify and implement add-on tools, and create accurate business and technical specifications. The role also involves investigating and implementing solutions to meet business demands and performing other tasks as requested.
