Candidates should have 5+ years of project experience in a hands-on technical position, with at least 3 years of Salesforce development or configuration experience. A BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical degree, or equivalent experience, is required. Experience with multiple Salesforce project deployments, including release and multi-environment management, integration using Salesforce APIs, and original code development, is necessary. Experience implementing new Salesforce deployments, Service Cloud, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud are a plus. Proficiency in the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with structured code management is required. Solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its architecture is essential. Experience with Service Cloud, Macros, LiveAgent Development, Omni-Channel, SOS, and Snap-Ins is a plus. Hands-on experience writing code in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and JavaScript is required. Experience with JavaScript technologies like Node, Angular, or React, and Web Services Concepts like REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML are a plus. Any Salesforce certifications, especially Platform Developer I or II, are a plus. Attention to detail is also required.
The Sr. Salesforce Developer will be responsible for bringing Salesforce project implementations to life by working with customers to understand their business, identify requirements, and design, develop, QA, and launch solutions. They will also contribute to internal product development by building major components of internal products used to package solutions. This role involves working directly with customers to define requirements and present and deliver solutions. The developer will be responsible for architecting solutions and developing in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions. They will lead technical design sessions with customers and project teams and will be responsible for acquiring new technical expertise, understanding the latest Salesforce features and major launches, and training and mentoring the team on them.
