Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions
Implement advanced automation using Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools
Participate in change management, release cycles, and UAT processes
Ensure data quality through validation rules, duplicate management, and consistent data governance practices
Support data migrations and cleanup efforts in collaboration with RevOps and Data teams
Support integrations between Salesforce and key GTM tools
Collaborate with engineering, data, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow and system stability
Ensure seamless data flow and system stability, especially with custom API's
Support integrations with Gong, Grafana, LeanData, Zoominfo, Cognism, Lusha, HGInsight, and other GTM tools
Deliver customer-oriented KPIs and solutions to ensure alignment with senior management audiences
Provide excellent customer service and support to GTM teams
Stay current with Salesforce security updates, perform regular org health checks, and champion proactive risk management
Participate in audit and compliance readiness initiatives
Support compliance initiatives by maintaining clear audit trails, file history tracking, and robust security protocols
