Requirements

5-10 years of relevant experience
Direct experience in the crypto industry with at least 1 year at a crypto prime brokerage firm - deep knowledge of different types of cryptocurrencies, the underlying technology, and the regulatory landscape
Expertise with credit sales, off platform sales, and deep knowledge of the credit product
Remarkable negotiation skills
Ability to quickly & successfully relay a value proposition
Able to administer large complex clients
Superior attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
Ability to demonstrate a sales-minded, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset
Be familiar with FalconX's products and services, including its trading and prime brokerage services
An extreme passion for the crypto space

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow FalconX's Credit book of business
Identify and qualify new prospects, including hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional investors
Establish strong, lasting relationships with senior executives & decision-makers
Work cross-functionally with relevant departments & teams, such as Institutional Coverage, to deliver exemplary client satisfaction
Partner with leaders to align sales deliverables with business strategy & objectives
Research & attend relevant industry conferences as needed
