Responsibilities

  • Check balance positions, loans, transfers, and other (Customer Service)
  • Guide clients with the application process and any inquiry related to American Express cards (Customer Service)
  • Address requests for bill payment (Customer Service)
  • Process cashier checks and checkbooks through Operations department as per client's request (Customer Service)
  • Attend clients' visits and accompany them to deposit/withdraw funds from their account(s) (Customer Service)
  • Resolve clients' inquiries such as loan requests, investment orders, statement reviews, and others, and resolve any complaints (Customer Service)
  • Respond to all phone calls for the team (Customer Service)
  • Act as RAC backup, as needed (Customer Service)
  • Prepare documentation for Bankers' business trips including product presentations and new opening documentation (Administrative)
  • Provide assistance with BRWG formats in Appian Onboarding (Administrative)
  • Read and answer emails on a daily basis (Administrative)
  • Follow up with Banker on corporate actions (Administrative)
  • Contact clients with account information and receiving instructions (Administrative)
  • Review and properly complete all documentation regarding Alternative Investments subscriptions and send to Alternative Investments Department (Administrative)
  • Keep 360 updated (Operations)
  • Process investment proposals, prepare activity reports, upload documents to secure inbox, verify clients' E-banking status and information, download reports to review missing documentation, and other (Operations - New Accounts & Updates)
  • Verify that account opening documentation is properly completed (Operations - New Accounts & Updates)
  • For any account opening and updates, collect customer information, review and follow-up in DocuSign (Operations - New Accounts & Updates)
  • For any account closing, collect customer information, review and follow-up in Appian (Operations - New Accounts & Updates)
  • Review dormant accounts in Globus (Operations - New Accounts & Updates)
  • Verify client information (Operations - FX Transactions)
  • Initial input transaction in Globus (Operations - FX Transactions)
  • Verify exchange rate and inform client (Operations - FX Transactions)
  • Execute transaction (Operations - FX Transactions)
  • Address requests for wire transfers (Operations - Wire Transfers)
  • Follow up with 360 EWF workflow and send confirmation as needed (Operations - Wire Transfers)
  • Coordinate meeting with Credit Risk Department for new loan or renewal requests (Operations - Credit Operations)
  • Review with banker any new loan or renewal documentation prepared by Credit Risk and send to client (Operations - Credit Operations)
