Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and support team of ASMs and TSMs to achieve business goals through planning, reviews, and hands-on coaching
  • Identify, plan, and develop new customers in line with business development targets
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality contact, service, and support to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Monitor sales performance regularly and take corrective action when needed
  • Plan own customer visits based on agreed service levels and segment priorities
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify new growth opportunities
  • Implement approved sales strategies and report on execution across the region
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of products and services to support team and customers effectively
