Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or information technology, or equivalent education and work experience, and may hold a professional certification such as ISTQB-CTFL or ISTQB-CTAL. Strong problem-solving skills, experience with automation tools like Selenium Web Driver, and familiarity with various testing phases and approaches are also required.
The Senior Quality Control Engineer will perform a variety of tests including smoke, regression, integration, and performance testing across different platforms and browsers, report bugs using DevOps tools, generate automation scripts, collaborate with QC, development, and business groups, create detailed test cases and review them, build project documentation and user manuals, conduct UAT and performance testing, mentor junior engineers, identify root causes of quality problems, coordinate corrective actions, and participate in full life cycle development. They will also assist with performance evaluations, demonstrate innovation and leadership, and develop new test automation solutions.
