Requirements

  • Minimum HBO-level education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Quality, Technical Discipline or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a quality function
  • Broad knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry guidelines
  • Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving
  • Proven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in performance optimization and data visualization
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate professionally in Dutch

Responsibilities

  • Act as system owner for selected quality systems, including defining procedures and ensuring effective implementation
  • Lead and participate in both small and large-scale improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g. GMP, HALAL)
  • Provide expert guidance on quality principles and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain structure and support routine tasks to ensure system integrity
  • Manage stakeholders across local and global teams
  • Support audit readiness and follow-up activities
  • Develop and deliver training within your area of expertise
