Minimum HBO-level education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Quality, Technical Discipline or a related field
5+ years of experience in a quality function
Broad knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry guidelines
Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving
Proven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
Experience in performance optimization and data visualization
Fluent in English and able to communicate professionally in Dutch

Responsibilities

Act as system owner for selected quality systems, including defining procedures and ensuring effective implementation
Lead and participate in both small and large-scale improvement projects
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g. GMP, HALAL)
Provide expert guidance on quality principles and regulatory requirements
Maintain structure and support routine tasks to ensure system integrity
Manage stakeholders across local and global teams
Support audit readiness and follow-up activities
Develop and deliver training within your area of expertise
