Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preference for formal project management certifications
10+ years of progressive experience in project and/or program management, ideally with contract or consulting roles
Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in Healthcare IT environments
Exceptional command of formal project management methodologies (planning, risk/issue management, financial oversight, change management, test management, executive reporting)
Proficiency with at least one enterprise-level PPM tool (ServiceNow, Clarity, Planview, or Smartsheets)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong emotional intelligence and proven leadership abilities
Proactive, self-starter mindset
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects using Waterfall (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Local candidate only who can be onsite 4 days per week in Ventura, CA
