Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related areas
At least 10 years of project management work experience
Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
Experience managing Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
Experience managing budgets ($3M+)
Change Management experience
At least 3 years of Healthcare IT project management experience and working knowledge of hospital and clinic departmental workflows
Experience providing regular reports and summaries to management
Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or other PM tools
5 years of experience with Lean, Waterfall, Agile PM
Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
Prior Go-to-Market experience
Experience with international or multicultural projects
Availability to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and supervise assigned projects, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, and quality standards
Manage scope, risks, changes, and incidents during the project life cycle
Coordinate, motivate, and manage the work team
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, partners, and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare periodic reports on project status, results obtained, and lessons learned
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in processes, methodologies, and solutions
Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive program strategy and approach
Organize, plan, and maintain program roadmap consisting of cross-functional activities/projects
Work cross-functionally to assemble project teams
Lead project and/or program teams in developing and maintaining comprehensive plans for defined programs
Monitor, evaluate, and report on program status including scope, schedule, budget, and alignment to program and strategic goals
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Deliver presentations of project status to communicate effectively throughout the project life cycle
Adhere to the organization’s project management methods, project life-cycle methodologies, and audit requirements
Support and contribute to the improvement of project management methods and practices
