Requirements

Relevant degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (BSc, MSc, PhD or equivalent experience)
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, IPMA) is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
Extensive experience running complex and resource-intensive projects involving at least 15 resources
Experience working in large, complex environments
Strong ability to interact in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with occasional travel

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale projects involving product development, discontinuation, CAPEX, or software development
Develop and implement project processes while training team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, R&D, SW, DS, Operations, and Marketing
Ensure projects are delivered within set schedules, quality standards, and budgets
Facilitate effective collaboration with internal and external collaborators, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment
Continually improve, educate, and lead within project processes, providing training and support to project members
Act as a sounding board and support coworkers with brainstorming solutions and strategies
