Experience in scaling and leading geographically distributed scrum teams is also required, along with familiarity with large-scale cloud platforms and complex, interdependent technologies. The role necessitates expert dependency and risk management skills and experience supporting cross-functional teams.
The Senior Program Manager will directly support and engage in projects for the UI Foundations Product Group, focusing on building a cohesive customer user experience. Responsibilities include driving the scheduling, scoping, and execution of projects, collaborating closely with Engineering Developers, Product Managers, Designers, and Dev Managers to ensure timely delivery against the roadmap. The role involves working across global teams in Europe and the United States to identify and resolve dependencies and critical issues, facilitating communication at all levels from developers to executives, and creating and driving project schedules with task assignments and progress management. The program manager will also collaborate with worldwide business units to define project involvement and goals, proactively track project activities, manage communication and status reporting, and coordinate work across different time zones, with a willingness to travel internationally.
