Requirements

  • High-level understanding of tech stack and data tools to collaborate with technical teams and support new product development
  • Ability to develop a commercially successful product strategy and lead project execution with minimal guidance based on qualitative and quantitative customer understanding
  • Experience developing strong technology relationships and serving as a thought leader for products in the Insurance market
  • Ability to informally coach more junior PMs and be a resource for knowledge of solutions
  • Experience working directly with Client Engagement team to educate the market, assist with product sales opportunities, and serve as a product subject matter expert

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: Understands customer use cases and market direction, aligning team and processes to meet segmented customer needs while considering competitors and regulations
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis: Uses key metrics, data sources, and hypothesis-driven strategies to guide product decisions, even in ambiguous or low-data environments
  • Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle: Independently drives go-to-market plans, pricing, and collateral, while supporting strategic planning and managing product sunsets
  • Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle: Leads end-to-end product development using agile SDLC, writing clear requirements and managing complex design challenges independently
  • Strategy & Commercial Acumen: Aligns product vision and roadmap with business strategy, leveraging competitor insights and ROI analysis to support investment decisions
  • Technical Skills: Applies high-level understanding of tech stack and data tools to collaborate with technical teams and support new product development
