Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Twilio Flex

Position Overview

Twilio is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to support Twilio Flex and our broader customer experience strategy. This role is crucial for providing insightful product marketing as we redefine Customer and Employee experiences in the age of AI. As a full-stack PMM, you will partner with R&D to refine product strategy, shape our market narrative, and drive product launches. You will also be responsible for understanding market and customer needs to drive deeper adoption of Flex and its features through collaboration with Campaigns, GTM Enablement, and other cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of our customers and user personas through research and direct engagement, and use that insight to shape our go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
  • Develop compelling, audience-specific messaging, positioning, and content that differentiates Twilio Flex innovation in the market.
  • Lead cross-functional product launches, working across marketing, Product, Sales Enablement, GTM, and Support teams to drive awareness, demand, and usage of Flex.
  • Champion our customers while influencing product development and ensuring alignment with customer needs through the Twilio Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
  • Cultivate customer advocates in partnership with Customer Marketing to drive awareness through written case studies, blogs, and speaking engagements.

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or technical marketing.
  • Experience in product marketing within the contact center or customer experience technology space.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build deep domain expertise through primary and secondary research, and apply that research to develop positioning, thought leadership, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to translate data into compelling narratives and presentations, clearly articulating complex concepts to leave a lasting impression.
  • Skilled in enabling and educating internal audiences to drive meaningful and actionable content.
  • Proven ability to execute and manage projects effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Desired:

  • Experience with technology products targeting developers, including cloud-based services or API solutions.
  • Understanding and experience in the global market for programmable communications or related technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build effective working relationships.
