Requirements

  • Ability to develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs) for the product
  • Knowledge of the product, customer feedback, and relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize direction and outcomes
  • Experience working with Engineers, UX designers, Data Scientists/Data Engineering teams, and business partners to deliver outcomes
  • Capability to act as the “voice of the product” to key stakeholders to ensure needs are met and the product team receives direction and support
  • Ability to develop and maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining customer themes, epics, and stories, while prioritizing the backlog for highest impact
  • Skills to encourage open exchange of information and viewpoints, inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards, commit to organizational direction, and foster urgency to achieve goals
  • Experience balancing efficiencies of large-scale design-build operations with unique challenges and innovative solutions for individual sites
  • Understanding of translating company strategy into physical spaces via design capabilities supporting new prototypes, stores, remodels, and special projects

  • Drive transformation from fragmented legacy systems to a unified, modern platform integrating 3D modeling and data management
  • Streamline workflows, improve cross-functional collaboration, and ensure high-quality, consistent data across the location lifecycle
  • Ensure business alignment for the product and its outcomes
  • Leverage product knowledge, customer feedback, and data to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize product direction
  • Collaborate with Engineers, UX designers, Data Scientists/Data Engineering teams, and business partners to deliver business outcomes
  • Serve as the “voice of the product” to key stakeholders
  • Actively understand the market and maintain the product roadmap and backlog
  • Inspire high performance, foster open communication, and promote urgency in achieving goals
