Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, consumer credit, or financial services, with direct experience in building and scaling credit card products being a strong advantage. A Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical field like Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics is required, along with the ability to thrive in a startup environment. Strong analytical skills, comfort with defining and measuring goals, and experience with SQL, Python, or analytical tools such as Amplitude and Tableau are preferred. Candidates should also possess strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and experience delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will define the strategy and roadmap for Empower México's credit card product, identifying and prioritizing opportunities that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes. They will leverage data and research to uncover insights, shape product direction, and inform tradeoffs, while designing, testing, and iterating on features and credit policies through rapid experimentation. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery, setting clear goals and OKRs, and communicating progress and learnings to leadership and stakeholders.
