The Product Manager will define the strategy and roadmap for Empower México's credit card product, identifying and prioritizing opportunities that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes. They will leverage data and research to uncover insights, shape product direction, and inform tradeoffs, while designing, testing, and iterating on features and credit policies through rapid experimentation. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery, setting clear goals and OKRs, and communicating progress and learnings to leadership and stakeholders.
