Requirements

  • Consistent record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering and MBA from a reputable Business school or equivalent experience
  • Overall, 8-12 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of post-MBA experience in a business role
  • Analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense for how to get things done through positive relationships across a highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations
  • Strong communication and social skills; ability to work across teams with geographically remote team members
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt
  • Experience in agile software development practices is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Be a part of the core product team for Document Cloud and help define the product vision
  • Work with engineering, finance, data analytics, data science, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive business success
  • Research customer and market needs, conduct competitive analysis
  • Implement complex growth strategies for acquisition, engagement, and retention, and deliver real-time personalized contextual intelligent experiences through the engagement platform
  • Advocate for a customer-first approach, ensuring that new features and monetization strategies improve the user experience
  • Lead efforts to scale user base, increase engagement, and drive revenue by identifying new opportunities for monetization while enhancing value delivered to users
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, design, and data analytics teams for excellent product experiences and business success
