Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Superhuman’s foundational cross-product services that power accounts & user provisioning
  • Own the vision, design, and evolution of shared systems that manage free and paid accounts, team structures, and user & product provisioning, ensuring reliability, scalability, and extensibility as Superhuman’s portfolio grows
  • Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, and business partners to scale these systems, enable new business models, and support seamless integration of future products and acquisitions
  • Transform ambiguity into alignment: identify core shared services needs, shape technical direction with engineering, and drive cross-company adoption of scalable, future-proof services
