Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with Product Management building shared services, platform services and APIs
  • Experience building for enterprise environments and supporting complex requirements like hub and spoke, multiple products and bundles, sophisticated group and team management
  • Can drive learning, execution, and impact in a product area with ambiguity
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; can align stakeholders across Product teams, Engineering and GTM functions
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Superhuman’s foundational cross-product services that power accounts & user provisioning
  • Own the vision, design, and evolution of shared systems that manage free and paid accounts, team structures, and user & product provisioning, ensuring reliability, scalability, and extensibility as Superhuman’s portfolio grows
  • Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, and business partners to scale these systems, enable new business models, and support seamless integration of future products and acquisitions
  • Transform ambiguity into alignment: identify core shared services needs, shape technical direction with engineering, and drive cross-company adoption of scalable, future-proof services
