Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Proven track record of defining 0 to 1 product strategy, developing roadmaps, and successfully launching complex products that deliver measurable business and customer outcomes
  • Deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to delivery and post-launch optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and customer insights to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across engineering, design, and business teams
  • Experience in the EdTech or SaaS industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Define vision & strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling long-term product vision and roadmap, aligned to customer needs and business goals
  • Drive measurable success: Ensure the product delivers meaningful value, tracked by adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and learning outcomes
  • Commercial opportunities: Identify, validate, and execute on premium opportunities within the content experience
  • Champion discovery & delivery: Model strong product discovery and delivery practices, balancing experimentation, customer insight, and execution discipline
  • Collaborate & influence: Work closely with engineering, design, GTM, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment and successful launches
  • Mentor & grow talent: Support and develop product managers, fostering excellence and innovation within the product management team
