Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience, or an Advanced Degree with 2+ years of experience, or a PhD with 0 years of experience, or 8+ years of relevant work experience. Responsibilities

The Sr. Product Manager will manage product planning and backlog prioritization based on business value, ensuring alignment with Pismo's strategy. They will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conception and design to development, testing, release, and operation, optimizing value for clients and Pismo. This role involves supporting Pismo in providing solutions for financial accounting across various financial products, clients, and accounting models. The Product Manager will cooperate with multiple teams to ensure cross-squad demands are met, provide product expertise for client and market solutions, and improve product design for scalability, performance, and reliability. They will also manage expectations and deadlines for bugs and service requests, and help the squad understand accounting principles to develop systemic solutions.
