Responsibilities

Lead design for how new users get started with Zapier; craft experiences to discover possibilities through intelligent systems, example use cases, and onboarding flows
Design automation kits tailored to specific roles; create shareable AI-powered templates for roles like HR, Finance, and Sales
Design ways to highlight templates across surfaces, including SEO-optimized landing pages
Own design for Templates experience: post-click flows, sharing UI, admin/account management, and distribution side (template cards, landing pages, social sharing assets)
Collaborate deeply with cross-functional partners (PMs, engineers, researchers, data scientists, marketers) to define strategy and execute high-leverage opportunities
Balance exploration with execution; experiment quickly, test ideas, and iterate while holding high bar for usability
