Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of relevant design experience and an inspiring portfolio showcasing end-to-end, user-centered design solutions based on human-centered design and research data. Strong experience working with design tools to create high-fidelity design solutions and specifications is required, along with experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications. Experience in user experience design or corporate, software, web, or agency industry experience is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, demonstrating a growth mindset, and the ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Product Designer will develop innovative design solutions and world-class product experiences that transform how people work. They will drive user experiences from concept to delivery based on a deep understanding of user needs and design principles. The designer will champion their design approach within a cross-functional team, reconcile feedback from various stakeholders, and contribute input to others in a collaborative environment. Additionally, they will have opportunities to grow leadership skills through coaching and mentoring other team members.
