6-8 years of photo production experience in-house or agency

Responsibilities

Produce studio photo shoots (in-house & externally) on a monthly cadence (Producer 60%)
Manage timing and development of seasonal concept with creative and marketing teams ensuring milestones are met
Develop detailed photoshoot timelines and photo shot lists
Schedule pre-pro meetings and align with creative, photo crew and marketing
Work directly with agents to confirm models, negotiate costs and usage and facilitate contracts
Oversee retouching schedules, priority image requests and pdp image updates
Manage photoshoot budgets, approve and submit invoicing on a timely basis
Manage photo studio, purchase EQ and supplies, manage photo samples
Manage marketing projects from start to finish to include creative for email, site, paid ads, social and marketing collateral (Project Manager 40%)
Manage weekly check ins with creative and marketing to ensure deliverables are on time
Develop detailed timelines in Wrike and ensure all projects remain on track
Develop strong partnerships with cross functional teams
Identify areas of opportunity for marketing process improvements and help to identify solutions
