Previous certification experience with security certifications (FIPS 140-2, Common Criteria, PCI), either in an evaluation lab or a product vendor
Understanding and experience with modern product release engineering practices, specifically with SCRUM and other Agile methodologies
A broad understanding of hardware, software, and systems engineering best practices; practical product development experience in any of the engineering domains a plus
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision
Active participation in relevant certification standards working groups, including contributing to the development of standards, sharing industry knowledge, and delivering presentations
BSCS, BSCE, BSEE, or equivalent experience required
Responsibilities
Lead the Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 140, Common Criteria (CC) and regionally focused security certification process for the company's new and existing products with the objective of obtaining certification in a timely and cost effective manner
Provide guidance to Engineering and Product Management leadership on requirements for other regional certifications, not limited to NITES, PKTN, NATO etc
Collaborate in the creation of product functional specifications, designs, and the testing for new products and features to ensure certification and security requirements are addressed throughout the entire product lifecycle
Work closely with Security Leaders and Architects to shape requirements for existing and next generation technology and products
Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on product certification evolution and integration with other Entrust products such as Issuance HSM and Signature Activation Module applications
