Requirements

Engage in KPI Reporting for Plant Metrics (Monthly Inventory, Revenue, and OTD PSP)
Lead Plant Connect Calls in a Global Forum
Lead continuous improvement projects or initiatives
Good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
5+ years of experience in materials, planning, manufacturing, supply chain or equivalent experience
Strong Excel Skills

Responsibilities

Review and align the monthly production schedule with the plant material manager and planner
Coordinate and follow up with the plant and report to Commercial Operations on any commercial exceptions
Handle expedites: Collaborate with Customer Service teams and the plant to establish an agreed production schedule for expedited products and provide alternative options
Enhance communication between Commercial Operations, the plant, and other stakeholders
Participate in productivity and capacity improvement programs
Join PSI meetings as the Commercial Operations representative
Address lead time reduction and changes
Represent Commercial Operations during production line moves
