A minimum of 10 years of experience working with lawyers, preferably in a major law firm or corporation, is required. Experience handling complex litigation and e-discovery is strongly preferred.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat is required, including pivot tables, charts, and presentations. Proficiency in e-discovery software, Practical Law Connect, Westlaw, and preferably matter management systems like Serengeti/Legal Tracker and entity management like hCue is also needed.
A high school diploma and paralegal certification are required, with additional college or business school preferred.
