The Junior Legal Researcher will research legal requirements and manage licensing and compliance for various product offerings based on federal and state laws. This role involves conducting thorough contract reviews, ensuring compliance with state insurance, finance, and data privacy laws, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with partners and vendors. Additionally, the researcher will assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's legal and compliance policies and procedures.
