Responsibilities
- Coordinate training program requirements, including scheduling and supporting Program and/or Curriculum Review Committee meetings
- Develop meeting agendas based on training program requirements
- Gather and present supporting training data for the Program/Curriculum Review Committee
- Assign and track action items
- Identify training program problems to management for resolution
- Develop and implement resolutions to complex nuclear training program corrective actions and improvement items
- Maintain training program documentation consistent with nuclear industry training requirements
- Prepare and present Nuclear Training Materials consistent with the Systematic Approach to Training, including Lesson Plans, Lesson Notes, Job Performance Measures (JPM), Laboratory Guides, Simulator Guides, and Workbooks
