9+ years of professional experience in modeling and simulation
Expertise in computational modeling of physical systems
Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (Python, Lua, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
Proficiency in one or more scientific computing languages (C/C++, Julia, Python, R, MATLAB, etc.)
Expertise with aerospace systems (space, aeronautical, hypersonic, etc.) and the physics of their respective environments (ideal)

Responsibilities

Design and develop computational models of flight systems and their operational environments for high-fidelity simulations
Understand the underlying physics governing the behavior of flight systems
Develop models at varying levels of fidelity to accurately and efficiently simulate critical physics
Develop emulators for hardware components
Contribute to the design and development of a simulation system for automated resource provisioning and deployment
