Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Drive the integration of key business processes and related systems, including governance and change management – building and maintaining strong partnerships with leaders who have subject matter expertise
  • Employ best-in-class program management and risk management to achieve objectives and ensure outcomes are absorbed, assimilated, and normalized across organizations
  • Assess, track, and monitor critical metrics/KPIs and their impact on the project/business, maintaining confidential communications to senior leadership
  • Realize value creation and simplify the integration experience for Intra-Cellular employees, customers, and suppliers
  • Deliver on financial commitments: compliantly meet or exceed expectations on Free Cash Flow, Net Trade Sales, and Income (top line and bottom line sales goals), manage within Opex expectations, and generate cash flow by identifying opportunities for improved rates, lower days in accounts receivable, or longer time in accounts payable
  • Provide strategic guidance, program management, and operational oversight for the integration of Intra-Cellular Therapies, Inc. into J&J Innovative Medicine
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholders and inspire a cross-functional team of subject matter experts across two companies
