Requirements

  • Leadership experience in data management, governance, quality, and business processes within Global Operations & Supply Chain (GOSC), with specific focus on Procure to Pay / Source to Pay for Global Supply Management
  • Ability to lead a team of Data Analysts
  • Expertise in driving master data and transactional data quality and governance impacting operations, intelligence, and decisions
  • Strong collaboration skills with data owners in global and local teams across functional areas (e.g., Supply Chain, Supply Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Outbound/Inbound Logistics, Warehouse Management, Order Fulfillment/Management, Engineering, Capacity Management, Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Quality Inspection, Digital Transformation)
  • Experience driving portfolios of projects, activities, and process improvements for data management
  • Commitment to onsite work 4 days a week at Medtronic facilities (preferred: Minneapolis, MN; others: Lafayette CO, Mansfield MA, North Haven CT, Memphis TN, Santa Ana/Irvine CA, Atlanta GA, Fort Worth TX)

Responsibilities

  • Own the Governance, Quality, & Business Processes around Data for functional areas across GOSC, with specific focus on Procure to Pay / Source to Pay
  • Lead and drive master data and transactional data quality and governance impacting day-to-day operations, intelligence, and decisions in Global Operations & Supply Chain
  • Lead a team of Data Analysts and drive best-in-class business processes for specific data domains and data objects
  • Collaborate with functional data owners in global and local teams to achieve common goals of data quality, process improvements, and advancements in data management
  • Drive a portfolio of projects, activities, and process improvements to deliver best-in-class data experience across Global Operations & Supply Chain for patients and customers
