Requirements

  • Ability to provide floater coverage across branches, primarily based in Santa Clarita but available for other community or lot branches as needed
  • Full-time onsite availability reporting to the Branch Manager
  • Personal accountability impacting expense control, profitability, business growth, and member satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Provide floater coverage for branches to ensure operational excellence
  • Build member relationships meeting expectations and corporate standards for excellent service and performance
  • Assist members with financial needs by identifying opportunities and recommending products/services like Money Markets, Certificates, club accounts, Trust, Coogan, HSA, IRA, Business, insurance, investments, and real estate products
  • Actively promote marketing campaigns and promotions by educating members on benefits and making recommendations based on their financial needs
  • Engage in follow-up communication with members, including outbound phone calls
  • Assist and troubleshoot account matters such as fraud, errors, card issues, and compromises
  • Accurately present information and perform tasks for memberships, accounts, and ancillary services
  • Accept consumer loan applications, follow up on documentation, and close in-person consumer loans
  • Educate and promote remote delivery channels to increase alternative channel usage
  • Serve in dual control capacity for operational tasks, assist management with daily routines, operational requirements, and assigned duties
  • Promptly and accurately complete required reports and records (e.g., timesheets, branch balancing reports, logs, manual tracking)
  • Perform cold sales calls for new deposits/loans and sales calls to existing members for cross-selling to deepen relationships
  • Assist management with daily routines, operational requirements, and other duties as assigned
