Sr Mechanical Integration Technician at Maxar Technologies

The base pay for this position in California is $26.95 - $44.92 hourly, determined by factors like experience, qualifications, skills, and market conditions.

This is an on-site position based in Palo Alto, CA, involving hands-on work with spacecraft assembly and test equipment.

Minimum requirements include U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, a high school diploma/GED, 4 years of mechanical technician experience (A&P program counts as one year), ability to work at heights up to 18 feet in confined spaces, lift 50 pounds unassisted, and accommodate shift work and overtime.

Preferred qualifications include an A&P license or 2 years of trade school, ability to interpret engineering drawings, clean room experience, operating cranes and handling equipment, certifications in ESD, contamination control, and flight hardware handling, plus experience with spacecraft components and paperwork.
