Requirements

  • Moderate-expert level expertise in marketing technologies, marketing data, program management, and digital marketing acumen
  • Extensive experience in strategic marketing operations, technology, and project management
  • Certification or deep knowledge of program management methods (Agile, Six Sigma)
  • Expertise in marketing tech platforms, integrations, and analytics tools (Workfront, Allocadia, Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and all Microsoft Office Tools)
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing solutions and process automation
  • Strong process improvement and budget management experience
  • Ability to impact strategy based on findings
  • Knowledge of customer focus values and practices to align customer needs in business decisions and create customized solutions
  • Knowledge of creativity approaches, tools, and techniques for business situations
  • Excellent communication and training skills; ability to manage global stakeholders
  • Knowledge of relationship management techniques to establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and peers

Responsibilities

  • Lead medium to large projects with moderate to high complexity related to marketing workflows, marketing technology, and/or development and adoption (Program & Process Management)
  • Analyze performance through key metrics, manage budget and reporting (using technologies such as Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce) (Analytics & Reporting)
  • Provide input on strategy, suggesting adjustments and improvements (Analytics & Reporting)
  • Own martech platforms (Workfront, Allocadia, and others), integrations, and automation; ensure data quality and optimal utilization to improve marketing performance and achieve business objectives (Technology Administration)
  • Evaluate marketing strategy and opportunities for increased marketing impact on business goals (Strategy & Innovation)
  • Promote best practices and deliver training both in-person and virtually to a globally based team (Training & Adoption)
  • Drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making through management of marketing programs, processes, and technology
  • Ensure effective adoption of tools, process optimization, and data-driven insights to support global marketing initiatives
