Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in Test Engineering and quality assurance for web, mobile, and backend systems within complex, high-traffic, enterprise environments, along with 5+ years of experience in test engineering management, including leading cross-functional and cross-disciplinary teams and mentoring managers.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, Test Engineering will lead multiple teams of skilled test engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous growth, drive the evolution of scalable test automation frameworks, establish and monitor measurable quality goals, oversee and refine the architecture of measurement and test systems, partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams, champion continuous improvement, promote a culture of quality, and define long-term quality strategies to scale testing operations effectively.
