Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR project management, talent acquisition, or enterprise program delivery, with a strong focus on global initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience within the VFX or Feature Animation industries
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness within talent acquisition or HR functions
  • Strong experience developing and executing pipeline building strategies and programs for creative talent within the VFX or Feature Animation industries
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and diverse geographical locations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans and data-driven solutions
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and display flexibility and agility when faced with challenges or ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s degree (media, film, or communications preferred) or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of global talent connection programs and operational initiatives
  • Drive projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Connection Team and Recruiters in a dynamic production environment
  • Collaborate with various Disney global teams to align talent connection efforts with broader organizational goals and ensure a consistent global approach
  • Manage project plans, timelines, key deliverables, and stakeholder communications for multiple concurrent projects
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Develop and present executive summaries and status reports on program health, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies
