Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR project management, talent acquisition, or enterprise program delivery, with a strong focus on global initiatives
5+ years of experience within the VFX or Feature Animation industries
Proven ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment
Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness within talent acquisition or HR functions
Strong experience developing and executing pipeline building strategies and programs for creative talent within the VFX or Feature Animation industries
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and diverse geographical locations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans and data-driven solutions

Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of global talent connection programs and operational initiatives
Drive projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Connection Team and Recruiters in a dynamic production environment
Collaborate with various Disney global teams to align talent connection efforts with broader organizational goals and ensure a consistent global approach
Manage project plans, timelines, key deliverables, and stakeholder communications for multiple concurrent projects
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Develop and present executive summaries and status reports on program health, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies
