Requirements

  • Experience leading security risk strategy and governance programs, including transformation to integrate qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g., AI, data interpretation, financial analysis)
  • Expertise in maintaining and operating security risk frameworks, capturing, updating, and prioritizing risks
  • Knowledge of driving maturity in Security Governance and Policy programs (e.g., PSOP)
  • Ability to align policies and standards with centralized strategy, incorporating inputs from Security Architecture, Adobe Common Controls Framework (CCF), Cyber Operations, and Product Security
  • Proficiency in applying and integrating industry risk frameworks (e.g., FAIR, NIST RMF, ISO 42001)
  • Skills in quantifying risks in financial terms (e.g., cost of impact, expected loss, ROI on controls)
  • Capability to develop dashboards and BI reporting tools for visualizing risk metrics and trends for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing and mentoring a small, highly skilled risk and governance team
  • Strong facilitation skills for multi-functional workshops and meetings to drive risk & governance awareness and alignment
  • Strategic and hands-on leadership ability to connect technical risk with business outcomes, providing insights to senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead advancement of security risk strategy, evolving the risk program with qualitative evaluations through quantitative analysis
  • Lead all aspects of Adobe’s Security Management framework, integrating industry-leading models for risk measurement and providing continuous insights to senior leadership
  • Drive the Security Policy & Procedures framework (PSOP) across Adobe, operationalizing and transforming the program
  • Guide transformation of the security risk program to include qualitative measurements complemented by quantitative insights, integrating AI, data interpretation, and financial analysis
  • Maintain and operate the company’s security risk framework, ensuring risks are accurately captured, updated, and prioritized
  • Provide strategic vision and drive maturity of the Security Governance and Policy program
  • Ensure Policies and Standards program is aligned to a centralized governing strategy with key inputs from relevant teams
  • Apply and integrate industry risk frameworks into Adobe’s governance processes
  • Quantify risks in financial terms to support executive decision-making
  • Develop dashboards and BI reporting tools to visualize risk metrics and trends
  • Manage and mentor a small, highly skilled risk and governance management team, fostering collaboration and development
  • Facilitate multi-functional workshops and meetings to drive risk & governance awareness and alignment across business and security teams
  • Monitor security risk and governance activities (as described in the job focus areas)
