Responsibilities

  • Establish and drive operational cadence across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, Sales Development, and Customer Success teams
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve key performance metrics, including forecast accuracy, pipeline management, and funnel analysis
  • Develop, maintain, and manage forecasting models, dashboards, reports, and analyses for business decision-making
  • Provide timely ad hoc reporting, insights, and troubleshooting for global sales teams
  • Design, implement, and optimize sales processes and policies aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards
  • Drive rigor in weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales meetings and reports
  • Serve as escalation point for sales team challenges such as deal structuring, discounting, commissions, territory mapping, and split coverage
  • Lead standardization and optimization of revenue systems, including Salesforce.com, for accurate data management
  • Work cross-functionally to identify challenges, analyze growth opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions
  • Build and maintain sophisticated analytical models for business performance insights
  • Document sales processes and train team members for onboarding and improvement
  • Support strategic annual Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and execution
  • Assist in preparing executive-level deliverables, including Board Reviews, Executive QBRs, and strategic reports
  • Ensure equitable quota allocation for sales teams across channels and resources
  • Lead the Deal Desk to accelerate deals and standardize processes
  • Act as primary point of contact for Quoting-to-Booking process, including pricing, order status, and deal registration
  • Ensure compliance with pricing and discounting policies
