The Sr. Manager, Product Design will oversee a portfolio of products and mentor Designers, collaborating closely with Business, Product, and Engineering teams from strategic definition to execution. They will ensure a unified experience across the ServiceNow ecosystem, bring an AI-native mindset to the design process, and contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's Design Systems. Responsibilities also include conducting user needs assessments, developing high-level task flows, leading teams through design iterations, overseeing the quality of UI/UX work, and participating in documentation development.
